At Vintage Meister, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless return experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging. Please note that custom-modified items cannot be returned unless they are defective, and gift cards, discounted, or sale items are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.
For defective or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping, and these costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, email us at info@vintagemeister.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, you will receive instructions to complete the return process. If you need an exchange for a defective or damaged item, contact us, and we’ll replace it with the same product.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If your refund seems delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as they might have processing delays. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.
